For the purposes of this chapter, the term “controlled substances” refers to those substances listed in the schedules found in the Utah Code Annotated, 1953, as in force at the close of the fourteenth legislature (1973) at 58-37-4. The term “controlled substances” shall be deemed to include any other substances later added to the schedules found in 58-37-4 as referred to in this section.
