A. In any prosecution expert dealing with an offense relating to harmful material to minors, the question whether the predominant appeal of the material is to prurient interest shall be determined with reference to average minors.

B. Neither the prosecution nor the defense shall be required to introduce expert witness testimony concerning the harmful character of the material or performance which is the subject of a prosecution. (Code 1975 § 13-1202)
