A. A person commits criminal mischief if:

1. He intentionally damages, defaces or destroys the property of another;

2. He recklessly or wilfully shoots or propels a missile or other object at or against a motor vehicle, bus, airplane, boat, locomotive, train, railway car or caboose, whether moving or standing.

B. Criminal mischief is defined herein as a class B misdemeanor if the actor’s conduct causes or is intended to cause pecuniary loss in excess of two hundred fifty dollars and a class C misdemeanor if the actor’s conduct causes or is intended to cause loss of less than two hundred fifty dollars.
