Property owners whose property has received graffiti shall remove all evidence of the same not later than seventy-two hours upon notification by Midvale City.

Property owners shall bear the expense of such removal/remedied action or in the alternative, provide written consent to Midvale City to take whatever removal action the city shall deem appropriate.

Failure to remove said graffiti by property owner or to consent to allow city to do so shall constitute a continuing violation and owner shall be in further violation of this chapter for each twenty-four-hour period he/she fails to remove all evidence of said graffiti. (Ord. 2-20-96 § 3)
