9.72.020 Possession of forged writing or device for making forgery.

Any person who, with intent to defraud, knowingly possesses any writing that is a forgery as defined in Section 9.72.010, or who with intent to defraud knowingly possesses any device for making any such writing, is guilty of a class B misdemeanor. (Code 1975 § 13-650-2)
