It is unlawful for any person to knowingly and wilfully distribute or furnish any sex paraphernalia to any minor. Each distribution to a minor shall constitute a separate offense. A person convicted under this section shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor. (Ord. 11-20-84D § 1 (part); Code 1975 § 13-1210(2))
