9.81.050 Providing alcohol to a child.

It is unlawful and a violation of this chapter for: any person eighteen years of age or older to provide a child with an alcoholic beverage or a controlled substance or who encourages or permits a child to consume an alcoholic beverage or controlled substance. (Ord. 11-22-88C § 1(D))
