As used in this section, “camper” means a structure that contains a floor that is designed to be mounted on a motor vehicle and is designed to provide facilities for human habitation or camping, and is six feet or more in overall length, and five and one-half feet or more in height from floor to ceiling at any point, and has no more than one axle designed to support a portion of the weight.
