A. Political signs may not exceed sixteen square feet in size and may not be placed on public property including telephone poles, street name poles, regulatory signs, or public fencing along streets and highways or on parking strips.

B. Midvale City may not prohibit political signs that are located more than one hundred fifty feet away from a polling place but may regulate their placement to protect public safety.
