2.16.341 Definitions.

A. For the purposes of this article, “commission” means the municipal ethics commission formed pursuant to Section 2.16.344.
B. For the purposes of this article, “elected officer or city manager/chief administrative officer” includes only the members of the Midvale city council and the mayor, and city manager/chief administrative officer. (Ord. 2013-01 (part))
