5.16.050 Possession and consumption of alcoholic beverages at a large assembly.

A. At a large assembly that is not also a beer-licensed premises, it is unlawful for any person to bring onto the premises any alcoholic beverage or to possess or consume any alcoholic beverage.
B. At a large assembly that is also a beer-licensed premises, it is unlawful for any person to bring onto the premises any alcoholic beverage or to possess or consume any alcoholic beverage not purchased from the beer licensee of such premises. (Ord. 10/28/2003O-12 (part); Ord. 12-09-97T (part))
