A. The large assembly applicant shall hold the city harmless from any and all claims arising from any and all personal injury or property damage resulting from such large assembly.

B. The large assembly applicant shall submit, with its business license application, evidence of a liability insurance policy providing for a minimum of one million dollars bodily injury coverage per person; one million dollars bodily injury coverage per occurrence; and one million dollars property damage coverage. The city shall be named as an insured and the applicant shall submit a certificate of insurance to the city stating that the insurance shall not be canceled prior to giving city at least ten days’ written notice of such cancellation. At its discretion, the city administrator may waive this insurance requirement for nonprofit organizations. (Ord. 10/28/2003O-12 (part); Ord. 12-09-97T (part))
