A. Between the hours of ten p.m. and seven a.m.;

B. Within three hundred feet of a Type A or Type B property use, or so as to cause a noise nuisance;

C. Within the public or private right-of-way or on public property unless specifically designated for use by a federal, state, or local government entity for such vehicle; or

D. That is not in good mechanical working condition so as to emit excessive or unusual sounds. (Ord. 2012-16 § 1 (part))
