A. Except as provided in Section 53-7-222(1)(b) of the Utah Code Annotated, Class C dangerous explosives, as defined in Section 8.06.010, may not be possessed, discharged, sold or offered for retail sale.

B. Unclassified fireworks may not be sold or offered for sale.

C. Midvale City hereby incorporates all of the same rules and standards of retail related to the National Fire Protection Association as laid out in Section 53-7-222(3) et seq., as amended, of the Utah Code Annotated. (Ord. 2011-15 (part); Ord. 2011-07 (part); Ord. 8/27/2002B (part))
