Fireworks sold or offered for sale in violation of this chapter may be seized and destroyed after all applicable hearings and judicial process and the license of the person selling or offering fireworks for sale may be revoked. (Ord. 2011-15 (part); Ord. 2011-07 (part); Ord. 8/27/2002B (part))
