A. Every alarm user shall have in his/her possession an alarm user permit issued by the chief of police at no charge. Such permit shall be issued upon filing by the user with the police department a completed alarm information card as provided by Section 9.57.060.

B. It is unlawful to report to the police department or other emergency service agency any alarm system that has no use permit. This shall not apply to the reporting of the sounding of a local alarm. (Ord. 7-26-94A § 4)
